Note on payer thresholds
Some payers — including UHC — require a minimum number of providers before credentialing under a group entity. Payers that do not meet that threshold will be processed as individual credentialing at $200/payer. After checkout, we will review your payer list and provider count and adjust your invoice accordingly. You will never be charged more than quoted without prior notice.
